One of the greatest characteristics of Keara's training sessions is the huge variety she incorporates into each session. She always mixes the sessions up and introduces new training exercises each time and her attention to detail is second to none. Keara has endless incredible qualities that are too many to mention but some of her greatest are her motivational traits that get the best out of you for every session with her, her ability to explain the various training techniques in outstanding detail, her patient demeanour and her infectious love for the gym really does rub of on you. She is very adept at quickly identifying your strengths and weaknesses and gears each session to try and improve on areas in which you can improve upon. You can guarantee that Keara will get you into tremendous shape if you are willing to work hard and listen to the excellent tips that she gives. She is an incredibly genuine person also who takes an interest in you both before, during, after and in-between sessions checking to see how you are keeping. She is also tremendous in recommending eating plans to keep you feeling fit and healthy and always is on hand to offer words of encouragement for the times in the session that you are flagging.
